Customer service is “the” priority for Realtor® Wendy McGrath. “Real estate today can be complex as there are so many moving parts, so my goal is to always make sure that my clients have the most up-to-date, accurate information they need to make the ‘right’ decision for them.”

Wendy was born in Gloucester, lives in Essex and is a descendant of Cape Ann’s earliest settlers.

Sharing her knowledge of her “home town” is the fun part of the job. “Cape Ann has so much to offer from sporting events to theater and music and, of course, the recreational opportunities are seemingly endless. It’s a great place to live!”
