Helping others is at the heart of Shaniqua Clark’s business life. For the last 17 years, she has been in the recruiting industry, most recently as a Sales Recruiter, serving as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. “Helping people find a new career or move up to a new position was immensely satisfying,” she says, “but I always had an interest in real estate.”

The Danvers resident, who is also a Bay State native, finds the two professions remarkably similar. In fact, Shaniqua is excited about her new career. “My role is to advise and guide clients throughout the entire process to a smooth and successful conclusion. Along the way, I point out potential issues that could derail the transaction. I also am proactive in anticipating problems and ‘fixing’ them before that happens.”

The bottom-line for Shaniqua is simple: I am passionate about helping people achieve their dreams.
