Helping people is at the core of Mary Lou Pieper’s professional career. An elementary school teacher for 35 years, Mary Lou embraces her reputation as a “people” person.

“Being part of a process that enables someone to reach their goals whether it’s teaching students or helping a client to buy or sell a home is immensely satisfying,” she says. “It’s exciting to find clients ‘the’ home they always longed for or the one they need.”

Mary Lou acknowledges that finding her own new home has been just as exciting. Originally from Western New York, Mary Lou and her husband moved to Little Neck in Ipswich to be closer to their two daughters and their families who live in Hamilton. “The North Shore has so much to offer on so many levels but the best part—besides being near family—is living next to the water.”
