Consistently among the Top 10 real estate agents in Beverly, Realtor® Gail Guittarr has helped buyers and sellers with individual real estate transactions for more than 20 years.  In addition, she has been the listing agent for many luxury properties as well as several subdivisions and continues to assist builders in land search and renovation projects.

The Gloucester native, who moved to Beverly 25 years ago, maintains close ties with both communities. Gail covers the North Shore from Marblehead to Ipswich and Rockport with Beverly as the hub. “The North Shore has such so much to offer everyone—housing, schools, employment recreation, lifestyle—and all with easy access to Boston,” adds Gail, who works with Realtor® daughter Abby. “The bonus is that the entire area is beautiful!”

Gail, who also has seven grandchildren, tries to enjoy those North Shore perks as often as possible. “I love boating on Cape Ann as well as skiing and hiking in the White Mountains, but I really love my job, too,” she says. “Balance is the key to being a successful real estate agent.”
