Born and raised on the North Shore, Abby Guittarr-Beaulieu also grew up in the real estate business and is currently one half Gail-Abby Guittarr Team. “My Mom has been a realtor for over 20 years and throughout high school and college I worked for her doing her advertising and mailings,” says Abby.

After graduating in 2003 from Salem State College with a B.S. in Communications and a concentration in Journalism, Abby became a full-time Realtor® and joined forces with her mother. The rest, as they say, is history. Today the pair is consistently among the Top 10 agents in Beverly.

“We cover the entire North Shore, but because we are Beverly residents most of our business is here,” says Abby.” We enjoy new construction as well as working as buyers’ agents and as listing agents.”

She adds, “There is nothing better than finding the perfect home for someone or getting the most money we can for a home!”

Abby, who with her husband and two children live in the Montserrat area of Beverly, is an active member of the Beverly YMCA.
