Lucy is a North Shore native. She was born and raised in Newburyport, where she continues to maintain many longstanding relationships, and spent summers in Annisquam, the fourth generation of her family to have done so. She now lives in Annisquam year-round.

With her extensive career background in sales, marketing and operations for luxury hotels and high-volume restaurants, hospitality is second nature and attention to detail innate. This experience created a natural evolution into real estate, as so many central tenants of the two professions align. To develop a deeper base of knowledge and expertise, Lucy spent several years as Director of Operations for a top-producing team in Boston with a total sales volume of over $500M. This experience provided an unparalleled opportunity to learn every aspect of the fast-paced world of real estate from the ground up, crafting the skills necessary not only to succeed but to thrive.

Having grown up in and among the numerous exceptional historic homes of the North Shore, Lucy’s passion for real estate runs deep. “Every house has a story, and I can’t imagine a more satisfying career than creating a happy ending for each one – and for their owners.” She explains that every successful real estate transaction depends on developing a strong personal relationship with her clients as well as anticipating potential challenges - and providing solutions before they happen.
