For Kelly Vanikiotis, developing and maintaining relationships are at the heart of every real estate transaction. “Before you can find ‘the’ house for someone, you need to fully understand what they need, what they want as well as what they could or could not live without – the deal-breaker or the deal-maker,” says the mathematics teacher.

Kelly’s strong inter-personal skills honed over 15 years in education in various administrative and team leadership positions and in the classroom transition seamlessly to real estate. “I understand how to work with people and how to determine and address their needs.”
