“My goal,” she adds, “is to take someone’s desires and make them real.”

That goal is reflected in her successful real estate career, which began in 1996. After moving to Boston in the early 90’s she searched for a vacation home on the North Shore. Along the way she befriended the agent who found her first home in Rockport and decided to become an agent herself. “Transitioning from marketing to real estate was a natural progression,” says Georgia. “Ensuring that everyone understands what is happening, and why, is an integral aspect of both fields. One major difference is that in real estate, “the” outcome is personal and tangible  – a home where you can live, love and entertain friends and family.”

Georgia, who is an ardent advocate for her adopted hometown, serves on the Board of Registrars in Rockport.
