For Draga, who has worked in the field of disabilities for almost 20 years, staying focused on the positive is essential in achieving success. Being prepared for the good and bad, i.e., life, requires considering “what-if” situations as well. “Everyone talks about ‘problem-solving’ but it’s really a combination of thorough planning, constant communication with clients and paying attention to details. That way nothing is a ‘surprise’ and transactions can move forward smoothly.”

Yet real estate transactions are more than facts and numbers. “Selling a long-time home filled with memories or leaving familiar surroundings – even for a ‘dream’ home – is not always the happiest moment. You need someone who is compassionate and can empathize with your feelings. After all these are life-defining decisions.”

“I know what it means to leave your home, move to a brand-new area and start over. It’s not easy but I also know that the outcome can be exciting and rewarding,” adds the long-time Middleton resident.
