Real estate has always been an important part of Charlie Sterling’s business game plan.

At the outset of his career, for example, the Salem native who spent two years helping clients buy and sell property, eventually gravitated into the healthcare field as manager of a sales team. “I had the satisfaction of helping people take back control of their health, but ‘real estate’ was never far from my heart.”

So, Charlie followed his heart back to real estate and helping clients achieve a goal on most people’s short list: buying a home. “I’ve been in customer service all my life yet having the opportunity to be part of that ultimate accomplishment is very exciting.”

Real estate, continues Charlie, is more than a job or a career – it allows him to help others reach their goals!
