Since 1998, I have shared my knowledge of homes, my aptitude for business and my wish to help every client discover ways to enhance their daily living. Selling homes on the North Shore is a pleasure. Each community offers its own amenities and each home offers its own story that fits a buyer perfectly.
My years of experience and professional training have enhanced my ability to understand various real estate markets, statistical analyses, negotiations, marketing and client relationships – all essential ingredients in transferring a home from one owner to the next. My experience as a director in a non-profit organization strengthened my penchant for attention to details. But, most important, my work as a community liaison sharpened my ability to problem solve to achieve successful outcomes. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them throughout the process of buying and selling their home, which is often one of life’s most valuable assets.
My belief in ‘always learn something new’ has lead me to continue my education and understanding of the ever-changing real estate market. I earned my GRI designation, (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), which includes in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. I also hold a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) and I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR.
As I am committed to my community and the North Shore area, I enjoy participating on local boards and committees.
