Ivan’s ability to pay attention to countless details that happen in every real estate transaction while simultaneously focusing on the big picture is invaluable to his clients in today’s complex and fast-paced real estate market. Ivan honed that skill while serving as Senior Public Health Inspector for Waltham where interactions with tenants and building owners demanded a multi-faceted approach that translates well to real estate.

“In real estate the most important bottom line is taking clients from FOR SALE to SOLD whether they are looking for their dream home or selling one. Ivan, who is bi-lingual in Spanish, resides in West Peabody with his wife, 14-month-old son and Bassett Hound.
