Heather is excited about rejoining the “family” business. A Realtor® since 2004 – she was on hiatus for a few years raising her family - the Gloucester native believes that the challenges of today’s real estate industry are real but not impossible to overcome.

“Buying and selling property successfully can be very much a reality by being positive and proactive,” says Heather. “The key is to acknowledge any potential issues and then have ‘solutions’ ready to implement if needed. That way the stress of scrambling to solve problems is never part of the picture and everyone can focus on the end game: a SOLD sign on the property.”

Heather’s marketing background is an integral aspect of her well-honed real estate skills. “Helping clients find their dream home requires as much planning as helping them sell a treasure filled with memories,” she says. “The approach is, of course, different but the task of creating a plan and then putting it into action is the same.”

Heather often jokes that she learned real estate as a child. Mom, Carol Dagle, has been in the industry for many years and is even on the team at J Barrett & Company, albeit in a different office. “I love real estate and having the opportunity to ‘talk’ business with my mother is unique, fun and satisfying.”
