Born and raised in the tri-state area, I moved to greater Boston in 2007 to study classical piano in Cambridge. During my studies, I fell in love with the city, its history and architecture. I have always found that passion drives the best results, so it was no surprise to me that my passion for the area developed into a full-fledged real-estate career! 

I became a licensed real-estate agent in 2016 and a broker in 2021. While building my business, I had many corporate rental referrals. It was very much trial by fire! But I came out a seasoned expert in tenant negotiations, which included a number of tough multi-family deals involving DCF and the board of health. For one family, I worked against the clock to avoid foreclosure.

After making connections in commercial lending, I learned the art of deal analysis, created a network of investors and refined my processes for finding and assessing projects while expanding my focus to include all of Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk Counties. In 2021, based on my analysis of the investment potential in Essex County, I bought a property in Beverly, where I live today. 

I've done well with luxury listings, too. In Boston, for example, I successfully repositioned a unique property that had become stale during the off-season. I ultimately placed that property under agreement and for over-asking - twice!

Outside of real estate, I serve as the staff pianist and Vice President of the board for the Paul Madore Chorale, a 65-year-old, North-Shore based, non-profit chorale group.
