Cheryl Billings has a well-deserved reputation as the “go-to-realtor” for any real estate transaction. A lifelong resident of the North Shore and native of Danvers, she has earned a reputation for putting the client before her own professional needs: committed to go to all lengths to find “the perfect place” that best fits her clients’ needs.
“Buying or selling property is a joint venture so it is critical to work with everyone on both sides of the transaction,” she says. “Being honest—regardless if the message is good or bad—is non-negotiable, however.”
Cheryl was a former instrumental music teacher throughout the North Shore (including Danvers, Beverly, Manchester-by-the-Sea and Hamilton) and was the Conductor of the North Reading Community Band. She has played bassoon professionally for the North Shore Philharmonic and Symphony-by-the-Sea. She is active in her community too, as a supporter of Parents of Music Education and the Danvers Historical Society and is a member of Gordon College Community Band plus serving as a Town Meeting Member and as Chairperson of the Holten Cemetery Association.
Cheryl, and her husband of 34 years “Jack” make their home in Danvers. They have two children, Ross and Diana, and four grandchildren.
